3 Amazing potato side dishes you need to make!

Get ready to level up your side dishes! Today I'm diving into three incredible potato recipes that are guaranteed crowd-pleasers. First, the creamy, luxurious Dauphinoise Potatoes. Next, we tackle Parmentier Potatoes, comforting cubes of deliciousness. Finally, stunning scored potatoes coated in Paprika and butter.

Dauphinoise Potatoes
650g finely sliced potatoes
300ml double cream
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
100g grated cheddar cheese
25g grated parmesan
1/2tsp dried parsley
1/2tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper
Mix the cream with the garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour a little into the pan (enough to cover the bottom) and place a layer of potatoes, overlapping, pour a bit more of the cream on top and a 3rd of the cheese.
Place another layer of potatoes, the remaining cream and the rest of the cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 200°C for 1hour. Insert a knife to check that the potatoes are tender. If they need more cooking, cover again and cook for a further 15minutes.

Parmentier Potatoes
1kg potatoes diced into small cubes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1tbsp fresh rosemary, diced
1tsp dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1tbsp butter melted
olive oil for coating
Place the potatoes into a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. If using the air fryer you can substitute the olive oil with a spray oil.
Mix well and cook at 200°C for 40-50 minutes in the oven, turning the potatoes halfway through cooking. Alternatively, if using an air fryer cook at 190 for 40 minutes, shaking them frequently.
