Utah Mom Accused of Poisoning Husband Headed to Trial for His Murder

Kouri Richins was back in court last week for a hearing after her lawyer requested to dismiss the case. This bid was rejected by the judge, and Richins will move on to trial regarding the alleged murder of her husband, Eric. The Utah mom is accused of poisoning her husband by slipping fentanyl into his drink, disguising it in a moscow mule, then writing a children’s book about grief. Richins trial date has not yet been set.
