Instruction – Start this exercise by placing your hands (facing forward) on the ground, in line with your shoulders. You can do this exercise supporting yourself from either your knees or your feet. During this exercise, keep you back straight and bend your elbows to the point where they are in line with your shoulders. Then push back up into the starting position.
Do 5-15 repetitions of this exercise. Repeat for 2 Sets.
Progression – To progress this exercise you can increase the amount of repetitions you complete.
