Описание:
Following the closure of nearby Coleshill Station in 1968, Water Orton became the only intermediate station between Birmingham and Nuneaton until 2007. During this time the station saw few stopping trains but proved a great vantage point for the enthusiast to watch the passing trains on bothe the Derby and Nuneaton routes. Much of this traffic was freight hauled by a number of different classes of locomotives. Seen here in March 1993 is a number of services operated by largely midland-based locomotives.
