Samhain is a celebration of death, of endings, of the end of the warmer months of the year. It's the end of the harvest season and a time that reminds us of the importance of lettings things end before starting new adventures. This time mirrors the last phase of a lunar cycle; the dark moon, a time to lay down the doing, and truly embrace the being. This is an invitation to lay down the swords of effort, soothe your nervous system, restore your energy serves, and rest.
In this 40-minutes yin yoga practice you will move through a practice to help you invite in a sense of rest.
