SAMHAIN YOGA 🎃 mystical halloween slow flow [30 mins] Wheel of the Year Yoga 🔥🔥🔥Welcome to this magical 30 min Slow Flow yoga class honoring Samhain/Halloween. In this class we’ll learn a bit about this sacred point on the Wheel of the Year and move through a chill yoga practice inspired by Autumn and spooky season. 🕯 Class ends with a brief fire ceremony to help you transform negative energy into positive possibilities for the dark days ahead. Samhain is a threshold festival or an energetic doorway through which we can cross into another stage of our life journey.

It is said that during Samhain the veil between this world and the spirit world is thin. Communities all over the world embrace the supernatural. We honor the dead and all that death symbolizes including memories, sacrifice, and new beginnings. 🕯

Since the veil is thin, we will invite our guides, ancestors, and other helping spirits to join us. May they come and warm their hands by our fires. Tonight we dedicate our practice to all those who have come before and all those yet to be. Thanks for being here. HAPPY HALLOWEEN! 🕯 ILY - Alison
