GENTLE FULL MOON YOGA 🌝 moon in virgo | serene slow flow for the full snow moon ❄️❄️❄️ Welcome to a 35 min gentle yoga class in honor of February's FULL SNOW MOON in Virgo! This moon rises during the in-between time. We are leaving the deep stillness of winter behind but the full bloom of a new season is still weeks away. In this class, we honor not the natural rhythms around us as well as also the cycles within ourselves.

Let's embrace the last whispers of winter with a snow-like softness. Let's thaw the deep chill in our bones and move with the energy of awakening and emergence, much like the transition from winter to spring.
