Cooking up with gator sausages with@Outdoorsladypaige
For the gator mix: (50lbs of sausage)
8 onions cut in half
10 cloves of garlic
3 jalapeños
1 bunch of green onion
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 pack leggs pork sausage mix
Run the veggies through a food processor or meat grinder.
Combine 12.5lbs of ground gator meat and ground 12.5 pork .
Layer in mixed veggies, cheese and seasonings.
Continue sausages making process.
