હેલ્લો ફ્રેન્ડ્સ , આજે આપણે બનાવીશું ટેસ્ટી અને ક્રિસ્પી લીલવાની કચોરી . લીલવાની કચોરી એકદમ ટેસ્ટી અને ક્રિસ્પી હોય છે તો ખાવાની ખુબજ મજા આવે છે , આમ તો આ કચોરી મેંદાનો ઉપયોગ કરીને બનાવવામાં આવે છે પણ આજે આપણે કચોરીને હેલ્ધી બનાવવા માટે ઘઉંના લોટ નો ઉપયોગ કરીશું .ફ્રેન્ડ્સ , આની સાથે જ મેં ચેનલ પર બીજી પણ ઘણી બધી ગુજરાતી નાસ્તા ની રેસીપી બતાવી છે જેમ કે વાટી દાળનાં ખમણ , નાયલોન ખમણ , ટમટમ ખમણ , ખસ્તા કચોરી , સમોસા , બ્રેડ રોલ , સેવ રોલ , બટાટાવડા , પિતાના ભજીયા , મેગી ના ભજીયા જેવી ઘણી બધી વાનગી બતાવી છે જેની લીંક નીચે આપી છે તો ત્યાં થી બીજી વાનગી પણ ટ્રાય કરી શકો છો .

Lilva kachori is a delicious winter snack made with fresh tuvar (pigeon peas). These fresh tuvar beans are called as lilva in Gujarati language and hence the name lilva kachori. This lilva kachori recipe gives you one of the best kachori with a flaky crisp crust and a soft, lightly spicy, sweet and tangy filling.

Ingredients & Written Recipe :
Outer layer :
2 cup Wheat flour
1 tbsp Semolina
3 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Water

For Stuffing :
500g Fresh pigeon peas
3 - 4 Green chillies
2 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 Potato
2 tbsp Sugar
Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Garam masala
Chilli flakes
Coriander leaves

Oil for frying
