Smoked Pulled Pork on the Traeger Woodridge Elite

A demonstration on how to smoke a pork butt on the Traeger Woodridge Elite pellet grill. Below are the steps we go through and the recipe for the homemade rub applied to the pork butt. Enjoy!
Steps:
1. Score the pork butt
2. Mix together rub ingredients
3. Wrap the pork butt and marinate overnight
4. Start up the smoker and place the pork butt in the smoker
5. Check the cook around half way through (monitor cook with app)
6. Take out the pork butt once internal temp is at 200F.
7. Let meat rest for an hour
8. Shred meat by hand or use preferred method
Rub Ingredients
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
