This is the famous fjord cruise from Flam to Gudvangen, on the UNESCO fjord Nærøyfjord.

There are multiple companies offering cruises on the two fjords, but if you want to take the electric ferry from Flam, you should book it in advance, as it gets busy during summer. The cruise starts in Flam, which is on the Aurlandsfjord, and it ends in Gudvangen, at the end of the Nærøyfjord. Of course, you can do the reverse trip; it's up to you.

As you get to Gudvangen and get off the ferry, you need to take a bus (there are public buses on the main road) to get back to Flam.
