Self-administered myofascial release (SAMR) is a great way to increased flexibility, reduced muscle tension and soreness, improved circulation, and enhanced recovery. By using tools like foam rollers or massage balls (including softballs, tennis balls or lacrosse balls), SAMR can help alleviate trigger points, improve range of motion, and aid in overall relaxation and stress reduction.
