新開幕！基隆要塞司令部 (司令大院子) 、台灣唯一的「蔣介石」紀念碑

基隆要塞司令部是日本時代北台灣要塞最高指揮中心, 完工於昭和4年 (1929)年。民國35年 (1946) 蔣介石第一次來到台灣，就曾巡視基隆要塞司令部，司令部前立有一座紀念碑，很可能是台灣現存唯一的「蔣介石」紀念碑。

Keelung Fort Command was the highest command center of the Northern Taiwan Fortress during the Japanese era. It was completed in the 4th year of Showa (1929). In the 35th year of the Republic of China (1946), when Chiang Kai-shek came to Taiwan for the first time, he supervisory visit the Keelung Fort Command. There was a monument in front of the command building, which is probably the only "Chiang Kai-shek" monument in existence in Taiwan.
