INGREDIENTS

• ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 tbsp. maple syrup (Optional)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 eggs, room temperature
• 1 cup chocolate chips / dark chocolate chunks (I mixed both) + more for adding on top
• 1 cup buttermilk (room temp)
• ¼ cup yogurt
• 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 tsp instant coffee (prepared)

INSTRUCTIONS
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for 12-14 minutes. ENJOY XOXO
