Описание:
Fried potatoes, bacon and cheese. Simple and delicious. Traditionally made with Tolminc cheese from Soča volley in Slovena, but any hard cheese will do. I am using old cheddar.
Ingredients:
3 potatoes, 2 bacon, 1 cup of hard cheese, 1 tsp parsley, salt and pepper.
