Join me for this simple 5-minute all-levels practice! It includes just ONE easy and accessible side-to-side movement.
Today's practice is inspired by mantra meditation - a style of meditation where you repeat a word or phrase to focus the mind during meditation.
We will use a simple movement as something for the mind to focus on, like you would use a mantra! While the mind concentrates on the breath and the movement, it returns to a state of stillness and peace.

1. Learn one simple movement
2. Repeat the movement to music - OPTION to play your own song! (mute the video)
3. Focus your mind on your breath & the movement
4. Notice calm & stillness return to your mind
