Järn

Op 31 januari 1992 gaven we een concert in het Papenstraattheater in Zwolle.
Op het programma stond o.a. Järn, een stuk gecomponeerd door Klas Torstensson.
Hij schreef dit stuk ter gelegenheid van het 10 jarig bestaan van Orkest De Volharding. Het was de eerste compositie die afweek van het destijds geprogrammeerde repertoire. In de volgende decennia stond Järn veelvuldig op het programma.
De dirigent is Cees van Zeeland

On 31 January 1992 we gave a concert at the Papenstraattheater in Zwolle.
The program included Järn, a piece composed by Klas Torstensson.
He wrote this piece on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Orkest De Volharding. It was the first composition that deviated from the repertoire that was programmed at the time. In the following decades Järn was frequently on the program.
