I am currently working with Justin Harris from Troponin Nutrition. We are using a carb-cycling diet. This is a walkthrough of a full high-carb day of eating.
Current Meal Macros:
Meal 1 through 4 = 125g carbs, 40g of protein, 0g added fat
Pre and Post Workout Meals = 150g of carbs, 40g of protein, 0g of added fat
Intra-Workout Shake = 10g of Aminos, 50g of Carbs
I am doing three high days per week, three medium days, and one low day for my rebound. We are lowering it to two high days this coming week.
