A Relaxing Moment Video of a mountain top village in Italy in snowy mountains with relaxing music

I shot this video in the mountains near my home in Italy. This medieval village, Greppolischieto, is at the top of a mountain and very peaceful and beautiful. It was a very special day because I was able to take the video with snow there. A rare occurrence. I hope you enjoy the video and music.

This video is one of my short relaxing mindfulness videos for taking a few minutes to just relax and to feel the inner peace within you. Allow the imagery and music to remind you of the peace that surrounds you and fills you.

This video is made specifically for Mindfulness Meditation. I suggest you set the volume to a level that is comfortable for you. To get the most from this video Mindfulness Meditation I suggest you sit comfortably before you begin playing the video. Then just watch the scene without any judgement or desire to change anything. Just watch and listen. Nothing more. Watch as long as you like or watch the entire 3 minutes. If your mind wanders to the past or the future or something else, just bring it back to the video. The more you practice this the better you will get at it and the more effective it will become.

The audio for this video is recorded in surround sound and is best listened to using headphones.

If you want to get better at doing Mindfulness and Meditation I recommend working with some of the audio downloads at my audio download sites listed below. The more you practice the better you will get. I suggest doing a meditation in the morning and one in the evening before going to sleep. Then practicing mindfulness throughout the day.
