Welcome back to Mama Tried!
Today I am doing another Mommy & Me Meal prep.
My diet is pretty much low carb, high protein.
However, I will eat carbs in order to get that protein in!!
Because this Mom is TRYING to be the healthiest version of myself AND have a hot summer mom bod, WHO IS WITH ME? 🍑

As for my toddler meal prep, I just try to keep it as well rounded and nutrient dense as I can. I try my hardest to limit foods that are highly processed, and contain ingredients that are not beneficial to her growth. Not saying that she doesn't have foods like that every once in a while, she does. But I try for the majority of her meals to help her grow happy & healthy. I think that's what all of us are striving for with our kiddos food, right?

I am not a nutritionist, trainer, chef, or anything like that... I promise, I'm just like you... A Mama TRYING her best 😉
