In this video, I share the challenging 10-day journey of my daughter and me, from the early days of harvesting bamboo shoots, mangoes, and winter melons in the forest to make a living, to the beginning of a new journey: building a chicken coop out of bamboo with our own hands.
Each day was a relentless effort. There were times of exhaustion and worry due to scarcity, but also heartwarming moments when my daughter was well-fed and happy amidst a simple life. Utilizing nature's resources and building each small thing with my own hands helped me gradually build a more stable life for my daughter.
The bamboo chicken coop is not just a small construction, but also a hope for a sustainable food source and income in the future. This journey may be slow and difficult, but I believe that with perseverance, things will gradually get better.
