Tokyo Day 7: The Final Chapter in Tokyo! Sumo, Akihabara & More

Hello everyone! I hope you've been enjoying our journey through Japan so far.
After an incredible six days in Tokyo, today marks our final day in this amazing city before we head to Kyoto!

We’ve explored Akabane, Yasukuni Jinja, Tokyo Station, Tokyo Tower, the Samurai Ninja Museum, Saya-no-Yudokoro, Gunma, Meiji Shrine, Takeshita Street, Shibuya Crossing, and so much more—covering over 30 miles on foot!

But there’s one famous Japanese tradition we haven’t experienced yet... Sumo Wrestling!

Today's Itinerary:
Ueno Park – A peaceful start to our day, exploring historical statues, temples, and the serene Hanazono Inari Shrine.
Sumo Experience at Yokozuna Tonkatsu – An unforgettable lunch and live sumo wrestling demonstration!
Ryōgoku Sumo Hall – The heart of sumo culture in Tokyo.
Akihabara – The ultimate geek paradise!

We explored anime, manga, gaming, and collectible stores before wrapping up our Tokyo adventure.

Next Stop: Kyoto! We’ll be taking the Shinkansen bullet train tomorrow and staying at Sakura Kyoto Fuga Hotel. Kyoto has a completely different vibe from Tokyo, and I can't wait to share it with you!
