This is Beatrix Potter Hill Top house that she bought in Near Sawrey in 1905. This is where she wrote many of her tales.
I created the cottage in scale 1:12 (official dollhouse scale)
and I tried to furnish and decorate the rooms in the way Beatrix did. The wallpaper in her bedroom is the actual wallpaper (William Morris) printed in scale. I also printed the portrets in scale of Beatrix and her family and Beatrix and her husband William Heelis. In time I will make the attachment ( left of the cottage) that she finished by the end of 1906.
Rooms in the video: top left Treasure room / right side guestroom
1st floor: right side Beatrix bedroom/left side is the sitting room
Ground floor: left is the kitchen and right side is the parlour.
