today we go over how to diagnose a l3 hash board to find out what is wrong with the hashboard for repair
this board has 0 asics and after testing found that there was no dc-dc nor boost circuit voltage on the test points.
we then tested the q chips and found that they were bad, thus not sending the voltage thru to the dc-dc circuit.
