This isn't your typical tiramisu.

📌 You can use store-bought ladyfingers for this recipe. I made a homemade cocoa version because it’s hard to find cocoa-flavored ladyfingers in the market. But feel free to use regular ones instead — they’ll work just fine too!

Ingredients
For Cocoa ladyfingers
70g flour
15g cocoa powder
15g cornstarch
1/4 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
3 medium egg whites
1/8 tsp cream of tartar or 1/2 tsp lemon juice
40 grams sugar(1)
3 medium egg yolks
30 grams sugar(2)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

✨Preheat the oven to 350F.
✨Bake 15 minutes.

For kunafa filling :
150 grams kunafa pastry
30 grams butter
150 grams pistachio spread or pistachio butter

For mascarpone filling:
200 grams cream cheese, mascarpone
5 tbsp powdered sugar
180 grams heavy cream or double cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup strong coffee

For pistachio ganache:
80 grams white chocolate
40 grams warm cream
40 grams pistachio spread or pistachio butter

For chocolate topping:
120 grams milk chocolate
70 grams warm cream
