start with a Noose ( ABOK #43), or a Slip Knot (ABOK#44)
Slip knot bight is brought through to the loop side (L) and the working end is woven through from the crossing point side (R), as shown,
and the Slip knot ends are pulled which folds the line into its shape.
untying the end one tuck shows a type of Carrick Loop (ABOK#1033)
