Today in this video I am sharing the recipe of Bajra Roti / sajje rotti.
Friends 1 Bajra roti has the double the amount of iron, protein and fibre than a whole wheat roti. Since it is high in fibre, you feel fuller for a longer time as it it gets digested slowly.
Friends if you want to avoid wheat flour roti, bajra roti is a good gluten free option, with multiple health benefits. It keeps your heart and gut both healthy. Preferably consume it more during winter or rainy season and avoid during summer as it brings up the body temperature.
Do try out bajre ki roti for its various benefits!
Ingredients:
1 cup bajra atta
1 cup hot boiling water
Salt as per taste
Ghee- 1 tblsp (for kneading & applying)
Wheat flour for dusting
It makes 5 Bajra rotti’s.
