A Quarter Of A Century Of Gymnastics – ‘10000 Hours’ - My Story

This is the first instalment of my 'Final Chapters' series which details my transition away from high intensity training after this years Adult British Championships.

There is so much that I could say about this video and this process, but I think that the words and images in the video pretty much speak for themselves.

It's a long old video but I hope that you choose to watch it all the way through - and I hope that it makes you laugh or cry; I have certainly done both in the editing process. If not, I hope that it at least makes you feel something, and that it conveys at least a fraction of what I have been going through over the past few months, and how I am feeling right now, looking back on the past, and looking ahead to the future.
