Churma Ladoo is a popular Rajasthani sweet that is delicious and rich in taste. The laddu are prepared from wheat flour, jaggery, very little sugar, cardamom powder, dry fruits and ghee. This Diwali do make this recipe and subscribe to Tasty Safar.

Ingredients:
For Wheat Puri:
1 & 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Warm Ghee
Water
Ghee for deep frying
For Laddu:
4 tbsp Ghee
4 tbsp Besan
3 tbsp Semolina
2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
150 gm Organic Jaggery
Almonds & Pistachios, chopped
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 tsp Poppy Seeds
Method:
In a bowl add wheat flour. To it add warm ghee. Mix well.
Add water as required and make a tight dough.
Take small portions of the dough and make puri.
Deep fry these puri in hot ghee.
In a pan heat some ghee.
Add gram flour and semolina. Mix well till the colour changes.
Remove this mixture in a bowl.
Grind the puri in a mixer grinder and add them to gram flour mixture.
Now add powdered sugar, jaggery, chopped almonds & pistachios, cardamom powder and poppy seeds. Mix everything well till it comes together.
Make laddus of that mixture
Churma Ladoo are ready to be served.
