Recipe ⬇️
For dough
3 1/2 cups of plain flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
280g of margarine OR 200g margarine +80g lard
1/2 cup of very cold water
Refrigerate for atleast an hour
Pie filling
450g of minced beef
2 seasoning cubes
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes(optional)
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of onions
3/4 cup of diced Irish potatoes
1 cup of diced carrots
1 1/2 cups of water
1/4 cup of red bell peppers
For slurry
1 tablespoon of flour into 1/2 cup of water
