This 11-minute isometric core workout is designed for knitters and crocheters who want to stay strong without dropping the needles or hook.
Each exercise lasts 2 minutes with short 15-second “just knitting/crocheting” breaks in between. All you need is your project and maybe a yoga mat.🧶✨
