TPI Fuel Rail Rebuild - Camaro / Firebird / Corvette (Part 3 of 4)

The MOST complete! How to properly rebuild the TPI (Tuned Port Injection) fuel rail assembly for the 1985-1992 Chevrolet IROC / IROCZ / Z28 Camaro, Pontiac Firebird Trans-Am / GTA and the 1985-1991 Corvette. The information works for 305 (5.0L) and 350 (5.7L) TPI applications. Includes information on how to repair the cold start injector, fuel pressure regulator diaphragm, 19 lb and 24 lb fuel injectors (including new Bosch replacements), transfer tube O-rings, and more. Tools, torque figures, and installation tips included.

UPDATE: The ACDelco / Chevrolet O-ring kit (containing the 9 TPI O-rings) has been discontinued. In it's place, I found an O-ring Kit by GP Sorenson (PN: 800-9211) available at AutoZone.
