Stimming - What is it and why do we do it?

Stimming stands for self stimulatory behaviour and is common in individuals with autism, ADHD, Tourette's and sensory issues. Stimming can be healthy and can help with self regulation and can slos be calming, prevent sensory overload and be used as a form of expression.
