If your feet, calves, or Achilles tendons hurt after running, they might not be strong enough for your current distance or pace. Today we look into why this could be happening & what to do about it.

Why: 0:40 - 1:39
Plyometrics Progressions: 1:39 - 6:33
Calf Raise Progressions: 6:33 - 6:57
Big Toe Exercises: 6:57- 8:27

A sample session example:

Plyometrics Work: 30 seconds x3
Calf Raises: 16 reps + 5 second isometric on last rep x3 per side
Big Toe Extensions: 10 reps x3 per side
Big Toe Abduction: 10 reps + 5 second isometric x3 per side

Repeat 2-3x/week
