Alenia C-27J "Spartan" airplane at "Festivolare" Airshow, Mattarello - Trento "G.Caproni" Airport (LIDT), Trentino, Italy.
The plane receives clearance for takeoff, then new instructions ask to clear the runway, and the plane parks. Finally, after the other smaller planes have taken off, the Alenia C-27J takes over the entire runway for a spectacular takeoff with its powerful two Rolls-Royce AE2100-D2 (2X 4.650 SHP) turboprop engines. Probably the largest aircraft to have taken off from Mattarello Trento "G.Caproni" (LIDT), with its relatively short 1.300-meter (0.80-mile) runway.
