Lin-Jhee Recipe:
Add a half a cup of butterfly pea flower tea to your favorite vodka and let it seep for three hours
In a blender, make a lychee purée using fresh or canned lychee
In a shaker full of ice, add 2 ounces of the butterfly pea infused vodka
Add in 2 ounces of your lychee purée
Add 1 ounce of simple syrup
Add in 1 ounce of fresh squeezed lime juice
Shake
Serve on the rocks in a highball, or straight up in a martini glass
Garnish with a fresh flower and a lychee
