2¼ cups flour
¼ cup cornstarch
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ginger powder
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp allspice
¼ tsp ground cloves
1½ cups brown sugar
3 large eggs - room temperature
1 cup vegetable oil
1¼ cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup buttermilk, room temperature
2 tsp vanilla extract
