SINGAPORE CHILLI CRAB
Ingredients
2 medium sized mud crabs, approx. 1000 grams
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup chilli sauce
4 tbsp. all purpose flour dissolved in 300ml water
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 small sized onion, minced
1 tbsp. ginger, minced
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 stalk spring onion(optional)
coriander leaves(optional)
