Really love the @runthrough events, and running at goodwood is amazing for a traffic free, pb potential course.
Today was a bit different. Those that follow me and read these descriptions will know I've been carrying some sort of injury for going on 6 month. That seemed to be OK today, but I will admit that at about 7km is I had to walk a short distance to catch my breath, I was physically slowing down.
After I caught my breath though I pushed on, and came into the finish quite strong, although you'll see I was overtaken and she pulled away, I did pull here back in and almost caught her on the line.
