Ingredients
1/2 cup of vegan butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups of all purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 cup of almond milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Mix almond mike and apple cider vinegar in a bowl set aside. Cream together brown sugar and vegan butter until smooth. In large bowl mix together flour and baking powder. Add Vanilla extract mix all ingredients together until you get a smooth batter. Bake and enjoy.
