This 6 minute floor or seated (you choose!) exercise workout is designed to supercharge your ab strength, helping you build stronger abs and work towards achieving a flat stomach. Remember, a flat stomach won't show unless you pair this workout with a healthy eating and exercise plan (including strength training) to melt away that stubborn fat. You can do the entire workout from the floor (all exercises on your back), or choose the seated options.
