Fiat Panda Engine Removal Part 3 - Putting It Back Together

Fiat Panda 2007 1.3 Multijet Diesel - Inlet Manifold and EGR Replacement.

An attempt was made to replace the EGR on the blue Panda, just like I did on the yellow Panda. The EGR solenoid had suffered water ingress and was definitely dead. I tried to remove the inlet manifold however the bolts were seized and two of them snapped. At that point I decided that it would be best remove the engine completely to gain better access and make the necessary repairs. In this video I strip down the top end of the engine, replace the head, new gaskets, new timing chain, new EGR & inlet manifold. This is all time-lapse but it can be slowed by clicking the 3 dots in the top right of the screen.
