Today’s Friday Flow brings together everything we’ve been working with this week: familiar shapes, a short repeatable sequence, and just enough challenge to ask for more attention—not more effort.
We move through a steady vinyasa built around Warriors, Lizard, Eagle wraps, balance work, and simple transitions that repeat and evolve. Nothing flashy. Nothing complicated. But not easy, either. The practice asks you to stay present, adapt moment by moment, and trust what your body is telling you instead of chasing perfection.
This is yoga as a skill of attention—grounded, steady, and responsive. Simple shapes. Deeper focus. Small adjustments that create meaningful shifts.
