Ingredients for on recipe (The video shows a double recipe.
2 1/4 pounds of carrots
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
Chicken or vegetable broth as needed to fill jars. One recipe takes me about a quart.
