Hello everyone! Welcome back to our channel! This recipe is used for Bread and Pastry Production NCII assessment. You can use this to practice your routine at home before your assessment.

Tools & Equipments needed:
Mixer
Wire whisk
Kitchen scale
Rubber spatula
Sifter
9x13x1 (Rectangular Pan)
Oven
Ingredients:
170g Cake Flour
100g Sugar
7g Baking Powder
5 Egg yolks
Milk-Water Combination (70g water and 70g Evaporated Milk)
5g Vanilla Extract
50g Corn oil
Meringue
5 Egg whites
70g Refined Sugar
1t cream of tartar
You can also add flavor (Ube, Mocha, Pandan, etc.) to your Swiss Roll. At least 1tbsp.
