Yield 1 swiss roll with simple butter filling
Utensils: 7x11x1 jelly roll pan wire whisk, mixing bowl, utility bowl, flour sifted, rubber scrapper, measuring cup/spoon, katcha cloth or brown paper for rolling
Preheat oven at 350 Fahrenheit
Bake the sponge cake 8-10 minutes
For sponge Cake:
4T cake flour
1/2T Baking powder
3 pcs Egg yolk
3 pcs Egg white
1/4 t Cream of Tartar
3 T white sugar
Butter Filling:
1/8 cup unsalted butter (soften)
1/8 cup lard
1t chilled evaporated milk
1/4 cup confectionary sugar (sifted)
1/2 t vanilla
