This challenging yet super effective workout will help you build a deeper core connection, supporting your shoulders, hips, and overall body. All you'll need is a light weight or an object like a book to rest on your belly as you join me on your mat, couch, or bed.
We're going to focus on breathing, core engagement, and reducing compensations from other muscles.
