Specific back stretches for mexicans:
mini cobra waves
full cobra moving side to side
downward dog to cobra waves
happy cat, angry cat
half bridge holding onto ankles
full bridge
wall back & shoulder stretch
handstand seat back & shoulder stretch
wall walks into bridge
mexican drills:
mexcian on and off wall
split leg mexican on & off wall
tic tacs (split mexican between 2 boxes or 1)
mexican legs together & split freehold
7 and contortion shape freeholds
