Til ke Laddu (Sesame Seeds Ladoo) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup white sesame seeds
¾ cup jaggery (grated or crushed)
2 tablespoons ghee
2 tablespoons roasted peanuts (optional)
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut (optional)
½ teaspoon cardamom powder

Method:
1. Dry roast the sesame seeds on low flame until they turn light golden and start popping. Remove and let them cool.
2. Grind the roasted sesame seeds coarsely (do not make a fine powder).
3. Heat ghee in a pan, add grated jaggery and melt it on low flame, stirring continuously.
4. When the jaggery melts completely and becomes sticky, add ground sesame seeds, peanuts, coconut, and cardamom powder.
5. Mix everything well and turn off the flame.
6. While the mixture is warm, grease your hands with ghee and shape it into small round laddus.
7. Let the laddus cool completely.
