Ingredients
Rice flour (Store bought Flour) 1 cup
Javarisi (Sago) 2 tbl sp powdered finely in Mixer grinder
mix the above ingredients and make a dough (like chappathi dough) with adding 1 cup of water and stream cook for 20 minutes after cooling press the dough with a stone or Poori kattai for few minutes then add sal half tsp and half tsp green chili paste and one lemon juice and mix well and press with the stone(iedikkardhu) apply some coconut oil on the dough and stone and make small balls and roll them like mediam size thin poori dry them under fan for 1 or 2 hours then sun dried minimum Half an hour to 1 hour and store them whenever you want fry them or roast them direct flame
